Ingredients:
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons finely chopped water chestnuts
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon steak sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash hot pepper sauce
1 (8-oz.) can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°. Grease cookie sheet. In medium bowl, combine bacon, cream
cheese, water chestnuts, celery, green onion, steak sauce, garlic powder and hot
pepper sauce; blend well. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press
perforations to seal. Press or roll each into a 6x3-inch rectangle. Cut each
rectangle in half crosswise forming 8 squares.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon filling on center of each square; fold dough over
filling to form a triangle. Pinch edges to seal. Bring 2 points of folded sides
together, overlapping slightly; pinch points to seal. Secure with toothpicks, if
necessary; place on prepared cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 375°. for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Refrigerate leftovers.
