2 c. (8 oz) shredded muenster, cheddar or Swiss Cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. apple juice, apple cider or dry, white wine
crusty bread cut into cubes
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cheese, flour and nutmeg. Toss to coat. Set
Cook juice, uncovered, in a micro-wave safe bowl for about 1 minute until hot.
Add cheese mixture to hot liquid.
Cook, uncovered, for 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is hot,
stirring every 2 minutes. Serve hot with crusty bread.
Reheat casserole, as necessary, on 50 percent power for 1-2 minutes. Or keep
warm in a fondue pot over a fondue burner.
