Oysters Annapolis

Ingredients:
18 oysters in shell
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons pimiento, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 pound regular crabmeat
Directions:
Open oyster and separate from shell, or use fresh shucked oysters. Cut each one
into 4 small pieces and place in the half of shell. In a medium mixing bowl,
combine remaining ingredients, except for crabmeat and mix well. Add crabmeat
and stir gently and thoroughly. To bake, top each oyster with about 3
tablespoons of crab meat mixture. Place shells on a baking pan and bake in oven
for 20 minutes on 350 degrees. Makes 18 oysters of 68 calories per oyster
