Swiss and Bacon Dip

Ingredients:
8 slices of bacon chopped
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3 green onions coarsely chopped
1/2 cup smoked almonds coarsely chopped
Vegetables or bread whatever you like for dipping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400o
Brown bacon till crisp then drain. Combine cream cheese mayo Dijon until
creamy Add cheese and bacon and blend.
Transfer to a shallow casserole or baking dish Bake until golden and
bubbly approx 15-18 min
Top with chopped almonds You may add 2 rounded tsp of horseradish when
combining the cheese and bacon if you like.
