Swiss and Bacon Dip Recipe

Swiss and Bacon Dip

8 slices of bacon chopped
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3 green onions coarsely chopped
1/2 cup smoked almonds coarsely chopped
Vegetables or bread whatever you like for dipping

Preheat oven to 400o
Brown bacon till crisp then drain.  Combine cream cheese mayo Dijon until creamy  Add cheese and bacon and blend.
Transfer to a shallow casserole or baking dish  Bake until golden and bubbly approx 15-18 min
Top with chopped almonds  You may add 2 rounded tsp of horseradish when combining the cheese and bacon if you like.
