Artichokes Romano Recipe


Artichokes Romano           


Ingredients:
Two 14-ounce cans artichoke hearts
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
6 ounces cream cheese
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut the artichoke hearts into fourths and divide equally into small ramekins. In a food processor, process both cheeses and the butter until well blended.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the artichokes and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly browned. Serve immediately.

Makes 8  Appetizer Servings
