Clams Casino Dip Recipe


Clams Casino Dip            
 


Ingredients
4 cans Minced , Whole or Chopped Clams, drain 2 cans
1 cup Celery chopped small
1 small Onion chopped
1 small Green pepper chopped
1/2 lbs Bacon cooked and broken into small pieces
1/2 stick of Butter
1 1/2 stack of Ritz crackers broken up into pieces

Directions
Drain 2 cans of clams and save juice.
In a pan saute onions, pepper and celery in butter. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together. Place in a casserole dish and bake 30-45 min at 350 or until brown and bubbly.. Serve with crackers.
