Tex-Mex Cornbread Chili Cups
1 lb. Farmer John® Wieners or Beef Franks sliced into rounds
1 can Cornbread Twists refrigerated dough
16 oz. canned Chili
1 pkg. Mexican Blend Cheese shredded
1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2: Open can of cornbread. Remove one strip and mold into bottom of muffin pan,
using your thumb to form a cup. Continue with remainder of mix.
3: In medium skillet saute wieners rounds until lightly browned.
4: Layer cornbread cups with chili, wieners and cheese. Bake for 10 - 12
