Corned Beef Triangles        


Ingredients:
1 can corned beef
1 egg white
12 Egg roll wrappers


Directions:
Place a teaspoon of corned beef onto wrapper. Brush edges of the wrapper with egg white then fold one edge over another to make it into triangles, then pinch sides to seal in filling. Do the same with the rest. Deep fry until golden brown.

Makes 12 pieces.
