Creamy Red Pepper Dip

1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
8-oz. sour cream
8-oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 red pepper seeded and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to
serve. Serve with crackers. This spicy dip will warm up your guests for the main
course.
The Skinny: Use light cream cheese and sour cream and low fat cheese.
