Apple Cheese Pate
Ingredients:
1 c. creamed Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. crumbled saga Blue cheese
1/2 c. Feta cheese or Chevre cheese
1 c. finely chopped apples
4 Tbsp. cream sherry or brandy
1 box champagne or croissant
crackers
Method:
Combine the ingredients in the order given: Ricotta cheese, Blue cheese, Feta or
Chevre cheese, apples and sherry or brandy and beat until well blended. Serve on
crackers.
