Bacon And Cheese Canapés
Ingredients:
1/2 pound of extra sharp Cheddar
1/2 pound of uncooked bacon
1 small onion, quartered
One (12 oz.) pkg. Ritz crackers
Paprika
Method:
Put cheese, bacon and onion through grinder. Mix well. Refrigerate for a few
hours. Spread a full teaspoon on each cracker. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil
until bacon is cooked and cheese is brown.
Makes about 50 Appetizers
