Baked Clam Dip
Ingredients:
2 Packages 8oz Cream Cheese, Softened
3 Cans Chopped Clams Drained
2 TBSP. Onion Chopped
2 TBSP. Beer ( The rest is for you )
2 TBSP. Worcestershire Sauce
2 TBSP. Lemon Juice
1 TBSP. Tabasco Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Round French Bread
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together. Hollow out bread and stuff with mixture. Wrap
bread in foil and bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or
crackers.
