Baked Tuna Balls
Ingredients:
6 and 1/2 ounce can tuna, drained
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
2 tablespoons melted butter
Method:
Combine all ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Mix well.
Shape into 40 balls and roll in crushed corn flakes. Dip in melted butter.
Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Serve on cocktail picks.
