Crab Spread                       


Ingredients:
6 Oz Cream Cheese
One Can Cream of Celery Soup
3 Green Onions ( Chopped Fine )
1 1/2 TLB Unflavored Gelatin Dissolved in 5 TLB Water
One 7 oz Can Of Crab
One Cup Celery ( Chopped Fine )
1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
One Cup Mayonnaise

Method:
Heat soup , add dissolved gelatin and stir until melted. Add mashed cream cheese, beat until smooth. Cool the mixture then add the rest of the ingredients and blend with a spoon. Pour into a mold that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate until firm and serve with crackers.
