Grilled Chicken Skewers Recipe

Grilled Chicken Skewers

1-2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
1 med. onion, cut into 1" pieces
1 each bell/red/yellow peppers, cut into 1" pieces
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 1/2 cups soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
apricot syrup
wooden skewers

Marinate chicken in soy/teriyaki sauce overnight. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes before using. Alternate placing chicken and vegetables/fruit onto skewers.

Brush generously with apricot syrup. Cook until chicken is white inside. Brush during grilling and again right before serving.
