Grilled Honey-Mustard Chicken
1/2 c. honey mustard
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1-1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
In small bowl, put in honey mustard, soy sauce, orange juice and ginger. Mix and
Preheat grill to medium-high, according to manufacturer’s directions.
Grill chicken for 12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and juices run clear.
Brush with honey mustard mixture during last 5 minutes of cooking.
