Ingredients:
lamb roast, butter flied by the butcher (3 to 5 lb.)
small amount yellow mustard and olive oil

Marinade:

Juice of 4 lemons
8 Tbsp. soy sauce
8 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 large onions, sliced thin
10 sprigs fresh mint
