2- 16 oz. pkgs. Farmer John® Polska Kielbasa Sausage or your favorite smoked
4 large Red Potatoes chopped into 1 inch slices
1 large Yellow Onion roughly chopped
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 Tbs. fresh Rosemary roughly chopped
4 sheets Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil (18" x 16")
1: Preheat barbecue. Cut sausage into 2 inch diagonal slices. Place half the
amount of potatoes and onions on two sheets of foil. Drizzle 1 Tbs. oil, season
with salt, pepper and 1 Tbs. rosemary over vegetables and toss.
2: Toss half the amount of sausage with the mixture. Repeat process with
remaining ingredients. Join the edges of the foil together and seal the ends.
Place on barbecue and grill for 20 minutes. Carefully unfold the foil and serve.
