Shrimp on the Barbie
1 pound large shrimp, shelled and de-veined
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 cup smoky barbeque sauce ( I like KC Masterpiece )
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Alternately thread shrimp and peppers onto metal skewers; set aside. Stir
together barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper sauce and garlic.
Brush on shrimp. Grill or broil for 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink,
turning and basting often with sauce. Serves 4.
