Meatballs in Onion Sauce 

Ingredients:



1 lbs Ground Beef
1 small Onion (chopped)
1 large Egg
1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 package  Onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Mix ground beef, onion, egg, cornstarch, salt and pepper and form into balls. Fry until done. Mix the envelope of onion soup mix according to package directions, pour over meatballs and bring to a boil. Add the cornstarch and cook until thick. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
