Spiced Meatballs
1 lb. ground beef
2 slices bread, crumbled
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup diced green peppers
1/3 cup diced onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 regular can tomato soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
Mix ground beef with bread, egg and salt. Shape into balls and brown in skillet
or oven. Mix all other ingredients in slow cooker/Crock Pot. After browning
meatballs, place them in slow cooker/Crock Pot with sauce mixture. Cover and
cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
