Bloody Mary Meatloaf

Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground lean beef or turkey
1/2 cup Bloody Mary Mix
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in an ovenproof baking pan. Bake for 1
1/4 hrs. at 350°. After one hour, remove some of the fat. Pour 1/2 cup of Bloody
Mary Mix on top. Continue cooking for 15 minutes more.
