Campfire Meatloaf        

1 1/2 lb Ground beef
3/4 c Quick oats
1 Eggs
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1/4 c Bell pepper
1 pk Onion soup mix
3/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Marjoram

Mix all ingredients and put in casserole pan. Place in dutch oven.
Bake 1 hour, covered.
