Crescent Meatloaf
1 cup Beef gravy
1 cup Bread crumb cubes
1/4 cup Minced onions
1 1/2 to 2 pounds Ground beef
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon Salt
1 package Crescent rolls
Combine 1/4 cup gravy with beef, bread cubes, egg, onion, and salt; refrigerate
remaining gravy. Mix thoroughly. Spray loaf pan with Pam. Place mixture in loaf
pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Separate rolls, place crosswise over
meatloaf, overlapping slightly. Bake 15 minutes more. If desired, remaining
gravy may be heated and serve over meatloaf.
Serves 6 to 8.
