Dutch Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. fresh breadcrumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions:
Lightly mix beef, crumbs, onion, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf in shallow pan. Combine rest of tomato sauce with rest of ingredients; pour
over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Baste several times.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
