Reuben Meatloaf Recipe


Reuben Meatloaf
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. rye bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut
Swiss cheese, grated

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs,
salt, onion and egg.

Place 1/2 of mixture in a loaf pan.


Cover with sauerkraut. Sprinkle cheese over layer. Place the
rest of meat over all and pinch sides together.

Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes.
