Beef Stroganoff

1.5 lb. Roast Beef Strips
1 Onion
1 16 oz. Sour Cream
0.5 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Canned mushrooms
1 Cube Beef bouillon
1 Cup Water
Cook beef in frying pan over medium heat in oil.
Chop onions and mushrooms and put vegetables into beef mixture.
Combine sour cream, tomato sauce, bouillon and water. Pour into frying pan and
cook on medium-high heat for 15 minutes.
Pour beef sauce over egg noodles and serve.
