Coffee Pot Roast
Ingredients:
6 carrots, peeled and diced
3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
2 pound pot roast
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup canned tomatoes ( Hunt's whole tomatoes are the best )
1 cup strong black coffee
1 cup water
Method:
Put vegetables in crockpot. Add beef; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Break up
and add tomatoes along with the liquids.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
or until tender.
Thicken gravy with a little flour and water......... Your good to go!.
