Smokey BBQ Brisket Recipe

 


Smokey BBQ Brisket


Ingredients:



4 pounds trimmed brisket
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons celery salt
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Method:


Place brisket in greased, covered baking dish. Marinate in refrigerator overnight in seasonings and liquid smoke. Allow to come to room temperature. Pour over Worcestershire sauce, cover and cook 4 hours at 275F. Last hour, pour barbecue sauce over. Continue cooking until tender and done.
