Baked Steak & Gravy

Ingredients:
2 pounds round steak, or chuck, trimmed of excess fat
10 ¾ ounce cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope onion soup mix, dry
Directions
Trim excess fat from beef.
Place whole meat, or cut up pieces, in small roaster or casserole in 2 or
more layers.
Mix mushroom soup, sour cream and dry soup in small bowl. Spoon over and under
meat. If roaster is large, you may need to add some water after 1 hour or so.
Cover tightly. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 3 hours or until tender when
pierced with fork.
Serves 3 to 4.
