Brew Steak with Chipotle Onion Sauté

Marinade for steak
Fat Tire Beer 20 oz.
A-1 Steak sauce 8 oz
Chipotle Tabasco sauce 6 oz
Chipotle Onion Sauté Portion
Red onions, halved julienned ¼ “strips 4 oz.
Yellow Onions, halved julienned ¼ “strips 4 oz.
Green Onions, cut into 3” strips 4 oz.
Fresh, minced garlic 1 Tbsp
Olive oil 1 fl. Oz.
Chipotle Tabasco sauce, 1 fl oz
(Use one ounce of each onion per person)
Combine ingredients of marinade. Place marinade and steaks in a shallow pan so
steaks are not touching. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Flip steaks after 1 ½ hours.
While your favorite steak is grilling to your desired degree of doneness, heat a
sauté pan with olive oil and fresh garlic till bubbly. Add onion mixture to pan,
pinch of salt and pepper, and sauté for 60-90 seconds. Drain excess garlic and
add Chipotle Tabasco sauce and cook until sauce is hot throughout, about 30-40
Place Chipotle onion sauté on plates. Place steak on top of onion sauté and
serve with your favorite sides.
