Red Hot Sauce to taste
1/4 cup pepper vodka
1 tablespoon prepared white horseradish (squeeze out all liquid and then measure
a full tablespoon)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 cups Del Monte Tomato Juice
1/2 teaspoon celery salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 - 6, 8 ounce filet mignons
2 tablespoons Heinz Worcestershire Sauce
Arrange the steaks in a baking dish. Combine the ingredients for the marinade in
a mixing bowl and whisk to mix. Pour mixture over the steaks and marinate for 1
to 2 hours in the refrigerator, turning the steaks a couple of times. Preheat
the barbeque grill to a high heat. Grill the steaks until cooked to taste -
about 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium rare.
