Ingredients: 1 cup water -- plus 2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon oil 1 1/2 tablespoons honey 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons caraway seed 1 cup rye flour 1 3/4 cups bread flour 3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten 3 tablespoons dry milk 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast Method: Place all ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Place the pan in your machine. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start. |
