Ingredients: 1/4 cup heavy or whipping cream 1 1/2 teasp. salt 1 large egg 3 1/2 cups bread flour 1 1/2 Tablsp. canola oil 1/2 cup oatmeal 3 Tablsp. sugar 1/2 teasp. nutmeg 1 1/2 cups peeled, pitted and chopped peaches 1 1/2 teasp. instant yeast Method: If it is not peach season, a 16 oz. can of peaches, well drained and chopped will do! Place all of the ingredients into the pan of your bread machine, program for basic white bread, light crust setting. This high rising loaf has a wonderful peach taste, but eat it quickly as the flavor tends to disappear within a few days! |
