Ham n' Egg Sandwiches

Add fruit and beverages for a week end breakfast.
1 1/2 cups finely chopped ham
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoon finely chopped green onion or chives
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/3 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 (8-oz.) can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
Margarine or butter, melted
Heat oven to 350ºF. In medium bowl, combine ham, celery, onion, eggs and salad
dressing; mix well. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations
to seal. On ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll each into 6x5-inch rectangle.
Place rounded
1/2 cup meat mixture on center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to top
center of filling; twist firmly.
Bake at 350ºF. for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted
margarine.
4 sandwiches.
