Best Oven Crisp Bacon         



Ingredients:
Use market-style or thick-sliced bacon.

Method:
Lay the bacon out on a cookie sheet and slowly bake at 250 degrees. When golden brown remove from the oven and drain on paper towels. Reheat to serve.

For an interesting variation, dredge the bacon in flour or cornmeal and bake as above.
