Pineapple-Cheese Breakfast Casserole

1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 350. Spray 9" pie plate with Pam, set aside.

In mixer bowl, combine Bisquick, butter, milk and eggs. Beat at medium speed 1 minute. By hand, stir in pineapple, bacon and 1 cup of the cheese. Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
