Banana Date Nut Salad
Ingredients:
4 frozen puff pastry shells
2 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
8 dates, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. lemon juice
Method:
Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions. Combine bananas, dates
and pecans in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss. Just before
serving, spoon fruit mixture into baked puff pastry shells. A beautiful addition
to a brunch!
