Blintzes Soufflé
Ingredients:
12 frozen cheese blintzes
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
dash vanilla
Method:
Melt butter in large pan and layer blintzes in bottom of pan. In mixer, beat
eggs, add sour cream, sugar and vanilla and pour over blintzes. Bake 1 hour at
350.
Can make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
