Pork Sausage Ring Recipe


Pork Sausage Ring   


Fill the center of this ring with scrambled eggs for a festive breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients:
1 cups fine cracker crumbs
1 cup (1 medium) chopped apple
cup chopped onion
cup milk
1 pound bulk pork sausage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Method:
In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix until well blended. Press into greased 6-cup ring mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350. Un mold sausage mixture onto greased 15x10-inch baking pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink in center.
