Apple Butterscotch Bundt Cake

Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box butterscotch-flavor instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter (or margarine)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider
1 tsp. cinnamon (or, to taste)
Directions:
Combine these ingredients into a large bowl and beat for 3 minutes. Pour the
batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in a pre-heated 350° oven for
about 45 minutes (use the toothpick test for doneness). Allow to cool for a few
minutes before reversing the cake onto its serving platter.
This yields a pretty, orange-colored cake with a good flavor and aroma. For
frosting, choose vanilla or lemon flavors or sprinkle the top with powdered
sugar.
