Butterscotch Cake
Ingredients:
1 (3-ounce) package of butterscotch pudding mix (the kind that you cook)
2 cups of milk
1 box of white cake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
11 ounce package of butterscotch chips
Whipped topping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pudding according to package directions using the 2 cups of milk. Let the
pudding cool slightly.
Combine cake mix and oil in mixer bowl.
Add pudding to cake mix.
Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan.
Sprinkle package of butterscotch chips over top.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve with whipped topping.
