Fluffy Pudding Frosting
1 cup cold milk
1 pkg (4-serving size) Jello instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)
3-1/2 cups (8-oz) Cool Whip, thawed
Pour milk into large bowl
Add pudding mix and sugar
Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes
Fold in whipped topping
Spread on cakes immediately
Makes about 4 cups
Makes 2 dozen cones
Note: Store frosted cakes in refrigerator
