Lemonade Cake
Ingredients:
1 pkg Lemon Cake mix
1 small pkg instant lemon pudding mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
1 12-oz can frozen lemonade (defrosted)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Generously grease and flour a bundt pan
Blend all ingredients except lemonade, then beat for 2 minutes
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out
clean
Run spatula around edges of cake
Pour can of defrosted lemonade over cake
Let stand 5 minutes, then invert onto a cake plate
Let cool
Dust with confectioners sugar when cooled, if desired
