Marsala Wine Cake Recipe


Marsala Wine Cake               


CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. Marsala wine
1/2 c. canola oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
some chopped nuts


GLAZE
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. Marsala wine


Directions:
Sprinkle nuts in bottom of greased and floured bundt pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.

Bake at 325º for 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in the pan. Remove cake from pan.

Glaze: Heat glaze in sauce pan until dissolved. Brush warm cake with the Marsala Glaze
