Angel Food Cake
Ingredients
2-1/2 cups egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups sifted flour
Beat egg whites, vanilla, cream of tartar, and salt until foamy. You can do it
with a mixer and use the beater. Add sugar and beat a few minutes. Put mixture
in a big bowl and slowly fold in flour. Pour batter in pan and bake
approximately 1 hour at around 325 degrees. Cool cake upside down.
