Chop Suey Cake           

2 cups flour
2 t baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple, un-drained
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla


Combine flour, baking soda, sugar, eggs, pineapples, and nuts and pour into a greased shallow pan

Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes

Cream cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth and ice cooled cake
