3 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 tsp. baking baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cloves (make sure the bottle is fresh)
1 cup milk
2 tsp. Brandy
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup golden raisins
3/4 cup canola oil
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter bundt pan.
In large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cloves,
milk, oil, eggs and brandy. Stir in pecans and raisins.
Pour in batter in pan. Bake one hour.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
