Drambuie Cake
1 cup canola oil
1 cup sour cream
2 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup Drambuie liqueur
Preheat oven to 325º. Butter bundt pan.
In large bowl, blend together oil, sour cream and sugar. Add flour, salt, baking
powder, and baking soda and mix well. Add Drambuie and mix well.
Pour into pan and bake for 65 minutes
Cool for 10 minutes in pan.
