Brown Sugar Coffee Cake

FOR CAKE:
4 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
FOR TOPPING:
8 Tablespoons flour
4 Tablespoons butter
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, make the topping by combining all ingredients until it forms a
crumbly, coarse-sandy texture.
In a large bowl, mix together all the cake ingredients. Place dough in one
well-greased long oblong pan or two smaller ones.
Brush the top of each pan of dough with melted butter. Sprinkle the crumb
topping over each loaf.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
Serves 10
